The presses for the production of Korean-produced cereal biscuits and chips (not fried) are probably the most produced in the world, and often marketed and rebranded by Italian and European companies, even though they have not undergone any modification. However, they are ISO 9002 and 14001 certified machines, with CE marking and European safety levels.
Compared to other Italian-made machines, they are more flexible (for example, they allow the mold to be changed between biscuits of compatible dimensions, even by the end customer), they work with 220V voltage and low amperage (variable, depending on the thickness of the biscuits, the size and the number per single cycle, from 2 to 5 kW.).
They are therefore suitable for use even in small food shops and bakeries, for medium single-shift production, but also for non-continuous industrial production 7/24, giving customers the satisfaction of seeing the biscuits produced in real time and also marketed by weight in simple paper bags, like bread, without any chemical additives added during the packaging phase. However, they have been used for years in batteries of dozens of machines even by some of the largest biscuit producers in Italy for intensive and extensive production cycles.
Hundreds of combinations of shapes and sizes are available ready in the catalogue, also based on the customer's design, with thicknesses from 1.5 to 18 mm. (depending on the cereal), for productions of even more than 4000 biscuits/chips per hour (up to 9000) with molds always treated with titanium nitride, to guarantee maximum food protection.
The high flexibility of the press, with adjustments that include all parameters of weight, time, temperature, thickness, etc. neallows use with multiple raw materials:
In addition to various cereals and legumes, it is also possible to use raw materials in pellets for various productions, for example:
1. Potato Chips: Using potato pellets
2. Whole grain chips: Using whole grain pellets
3. Quinoa Chips: Using quinoa pellets
4. Corn Chips: Using corn pellets
5. Lentil Chips: Using lentil pellets
6. Protein chips: use of pellets with high protein content (e.g. soy)
7. Chickpea Chips: Using chickpea pellets
8. Casaba Chips: Using casaba pellets
or a combination/mix of the same.
Using a 25 liter expanded tank it is possible to leave the press to produce autonomously, semi-supervised, for over 4 hours or 1.5 hours with a standard 8 liter tank. The weight and size of the machines allows them to be moved even in narrow spaces, with a single operator, thanks also to the standard castors.
The high number of machines produced daily allows us to supply the requested, personalized equipment within an average of 60 days. from the order. However, for particular needs, machines that are actually 100% handcrafted in Italy are also available for small/medium productions up to industrial use.
